Entrepreneur Joanne Shepherd founded her business, MummActiv after realising a gap in the market for pre and postnatal activewear.
Joanne launched her business MummActiv after her struggles with postnatal depression showed her exercise was key in improving her mental health. But she quickly noticed there weren’t any breastfeeding sport bras on the market to support her when she went for a jog. And she realised this had to change.

We also talk about how Joanne - with no prior design experience - launched a fashion label that has seen success across Australia and internationally.
